About the Law Offices of Raul V. Treviño

Raul V. Treviño knew at the age of six he would become a lawyer. With many of his family members as attorneys, he grew up with a respect for the law and a desire to help others when they need it the most. His primary areas of practice are in personal injury, family, and criminal law. When a client has been injured in a car crash, hit by an 18-wheeler, or injured by a commercial motor vehicle, Raul represents his seriously injured clients and helps them obtain the justice they deserve for their injuries.

In matters involving divorce, child support disputes, or child custody issues, Raul believes it is important to try and settle these issues outside of court. However, sometimes these matters require litigation and arguing before a judge in the courtroom.

Having practiced law for 20 years, including experience with jury trials, Raul enjoys the opportunity to zealously represent his client in court. As an attorney licensed to practice in both state and federal court, Raul also handles a variety of criminal cases from misdemeanors to felonies. He has experience with DWI, assault, theft, possession of a controlled substance, and murder cases. With over fifteen years of experience, Raul is licensed to practice law in State and Federal Court. He handles both civil and criminal cases and has jury trial experience in Courts throughout Texas.

To ease the stress of legal conflict for his clients, he will try to settle his cases out of court. Myra – Paralegal

I’ve been a paralegal for over seven years and truly love the work I do. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support attorneys in various areas of law. Before entering the legal field, I served in the United States Marine Corps, where I developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to service—values I carry into my legal career every day.

I earned my bachelor’s degree with a double major in Psychology and Political Science, graduating summa cum laude. My academic background helps me understand not just the law, but also the people behind each case. I’m also currently working toward my Juris Doctor (J.D.) with the goal of becoming an attorney in the near future.

Whether I’m preparing legal documents, organizing case files, or assisting attorneys in trial prep, I take pride in being a reliable and passionate part of the legal team.
